We recommend arriving without make-up. If you do wear make-up, it will be removed before the treatment begins.

Please tell your specialist about any aesthetic treatments you have had in the last 2 weeks. For example:

• Botox
• Fillers
• Thread lift
• Mesotherapy
• PRP
• Skin boosters
• Laser treatments
• Chemical peels

Please let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some techniques can be adapted to suit you.

Please inform your specialist about any regular medication or health conditions. In particular:

• Blood-thinning medication
• Recent surgery
• Jaw joint (TMJ) conditions
• Epilepsy
• Active infections

Please reschedule if you have an active infection, a fever or an open wound.

Where possible, please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.

Your first session begins not with treatment, but with getting to know your face. Your specialist therapist assesses;

• Your facial muscles
• Your habitual expressions
• How you use your jaw
• Tension in your fascia
• Your lymphatic circulation
• Your facial symmetry
• What you hope to achieve

and builds the Sculpt Face program that suits you best.

This assessment takes around 10 minutes and is included in the total session time.

• We recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
• We advise against any intensive facial massage on the same day.
• Slight redness or muscle tenderness is normal and passes quickly.
• Regular sessions are planned within your recommended program.

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
• For cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours ahead, the session is counted as used.
• In the case of a no-show without notice, the session is cancelled and no refund is issued.
• Sessions from package programs may only be used by the person who booked them; they cannot be transferred to or used by anyone else.
